The 2026-2027 Pathfinder year will begin in September. Check the bulletin for registration dates.

MEMBERS (5th grade age and older)

To register your child(ren), please download and complete the below forms. Completed forms must be emailed to yucaipaeaglespfc@gmail.com by August 16, 2026.

VOLUNTEERS (18+ years old)

  3.  (21 years and up)

    Volunteer vehicle form

  4. Adult consent form (sign, but do not date the form)
